  • Are all your watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch I sell is 100% authentic. I'm open to any authentication method the buyer prefers. If a third-party service is used, any fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Do you authenticate watches for clients?
I can give you a highly informed professional opinion based on years of experience and detailed inspection. While I don’t open cases or certify movements myself, I can help arrange authentication through a trusted third-party if needed.
  • Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your watches?
I don’t offer a formal warranty, but I stand behind every sale. You have 24 hours after delivery to request a return, and I’ll always work with clients if something comes up beyond that. Many pieces I sell are still under factory warranty.
  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax applies only if you purchase in the state of Virginia. If you buy directly from me or my website and are located outside Virginia, there’s no sales tax.
  • What kind of experience can I expect as a first-time buyer or collector?
First-time buyer or seasoned collector, you’ll get a smooth, personalized experience with clear communication, expert insight, and full transparency. My goal is to earn your trust, not just the sale.
  • Can I meet you in person for a deal?
Yes. If you're in the Washington D.C. region or willing to travel, I offer secure, in-person meetings by appointment. For select clients, I can also travel to you.
  • Do you have a physical location or storefront?
Not yet. I'm currently online-based, but building toward a full brick-and-mortar is a top priority. In the meantime, I offer secure in-person deals and direct communication throughout the entire process.
  • How can I try on a watch before buying?
Since I don’t have a physical location, I recommend visiting your local Authorized Dealer to try on the same or a similar model. This will give you a good sense of the size and feel before making your purchase.
  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax applies only if you purchase in the state of Virginia or are a Virginia resident. If you buy directly from me or my website and are located outside Virginia, there’s no sales tax.
  • What platforms do you sell on, and can I buy directly from you?
I sell on eBay and Chrono24, but buying directly through me or my website is preferred. It saves you platform fees, and if you're outside Virginia, there's no sales tax.
  • How do I pay for a watch?
I accept bank wire (preferred), credit card with a 3% fee, PayPal, Zelle (depending on amount), and cash for in-person deals. Bank wires must be sent at least 24 hours in advance, as I cannot release a watch for sale or trade until the funds clear. I do not accept Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, checks, money orders, or crypto at this time. All transaction and processing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Once we agree on terms, I provide a detailed invoice outlining the purchase price and payment instructions.
  • Do you offer financing or payment plans?
No. I don’t offer financing or payment plans at this time.
  • Do you accept crypto or other alternative payments?
No. I don’t accept crypto or other alternative payments at this time.
  • Can I consign my watch with you?
Yes. Consignment is ideal if you want to maximize value without rushing a sale. I work with clients ranging from individual collectors to portfolios exceeding seven figures. Every piece is professionally marketed, and I handle the entire process discreetly and securely.
  • How does consignment work?
Once we agree on terms, I send you a fully insured FedEx overnight shipping label. When the watch arrives, I film the unboxing, authenticate the piece, test it, and list it. You’ll get full visibility throughout the process. Once the watch sells, I’ll send you the funds as soon as they hit my bank account.
  • How do you determine pricing for my watch?
I start with your goals, then factor in market comps, condition, and set contents. Whether you're aiming for a fast sale or holding out for top value, every quote is based on real data and tailored to your piece.
  • Do you accept trades?
Yes. I accept trades and can help you move into or out of a piece, whether you're looking to trade up, simplify your collection, or free up cash for something new.
  • Do you offer appraisals or valuations for insurance or resale?
I don’t provide formal appraisals for insurance purposes. If we’re working together, I’m happy to give you a market-based estimate and walk you through what your watch is likely to sell for in today’s market.
  • Do you offer sourcing services?
Yes. Sourcing is a core part of what I do. If there’s a specific watch you want and I don’t have it, I can find it quickly and with confidence.
  • What is your typical sourcing time frame?
I typically source watches within 10 business days, often faster. For rare or limited editions, it may take longer, but I keep you fully updated throughout.
  • Where do you source watches from and how do you confirm their authenticity?
I source from a trusted network of authorized dealers, verified collectors, and reputable brokers worldwide. Every watch goes through an authentication process, including detailed inspection and testing, to ensure it meets my strict standards before it reaches you.
  • How do you ship your watches?
I ship fully insured via FedEx Overnight or UPS Next Day Air. For direct purchases, delivery is made to the nearest FedEx Hold location for secure pickup. Alternate arrangements can be discussed in advance if needed.
  • Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship internationally but only to countries where customs, insurance, and logistics are manageable. Please contact me to confirm if shipping to your location is available.
  • What’s your return policy?
I offer a 24-hour return window after delivery, as long as the watch is in the same condition. After that, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
